How it works
Two ways to put sports in your calendar. Both are free and need no account.
Add one match
A one-time event. Tap + on any match and pick your calendar. Best for a match you plan to watch.
Follow a team
A live subscription. Every match of the season lands in your calendar and updates by itself when kickoffs change.
Manual setup
The buttons on each team page do this for you. If your app did not open, add the calendar by hand.
Example: Real Madrid. Open a team page and tap "Manual setup" to get its link here.
iPhone, iPad
- Copy your calendar link above.
- Open Settings, then Apps, Calendar, Calendar Accounts.
- Tap Add Account, then Other, then Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Paste the link, tap Next, then Save.
Older iOS: Settings, Calendar, Accounts. To remove it later: open the Calendar app, tap Calendars, then the info button next to it, then Delete Calendar.
Mac
- Copy your calendar link above.
- Open the Calendar app. In the menu bar choose File, then New Calendar Subscription.
- Paste the link and click Subscribe.
- Set Location to iCloud so it also shows on your iPhone, set Auto-refresh to every hour, then click OK.
To remove it later: right-click the calendar in the sidebar and choose Unsubscribe.
Google Calendar
- Copy your calendar link above.
- On a computer, open calendar.google.com.
- Next to Other calendars, click +, then From URL.
- Paste the link and click Add calendar. Events appear within a few minutes.
Google adds calendars by link on the web only; it then syncs to the Google Calendar app on your phone. On Android, if it does not show: app Settings, tap the calendar, turn on Sync. Google refreshes subscriptions on its own schedule, sometimes only once a day.
Outlook
- Copy your calendar link above.
- In Outlook on the web or the new Outlook app, open Calendar and click Add calendar.
- Choose Subscribe from web.
- Paste the link, give it a name and click Import.
Classic Outlook for Windows: Home, Add Calendar, From Internet, paste the link, OK. To remove it later: right-click the calendar and choose Remove.
Other apps
- Copy your calendar link above.
- In your calendar app, look for Subscribe, Add by URL or Add calendar from internet.
- Paste the link and confirm.
Any app that supports iCalendar (.ics) subscriptions works: Thunderbird, Fantastical, Proton Calendar, Samsung Calendar through Google, and more.
Questions
What is the difference between Add and Follow?
Add puts one match in your calendar as a one-time event. It does not change afterward. Follow subscribes you to a team, league or series: every event lands in your calendar, and kickoff changes, new fixtures and postponements update by themselves.
Will times show in my time zone?
Yes. Your calendar shows every event in your device's time zone, wherever you travel. The time-zone menu on this site only changes how times look here.
How quickly do changes reach my calendar?
Apple Calendar and Outlook check for changes every few hours. Google Calendar refreshes on its own schedule, sometimes once a day.
Why do some matches say TBC or show as all day?
Leagues confirm kickoff times a few weeks ahead. Until then the match sits on its date as an all-day event. If you follow the team, it moves to the right time automatically once announced.
How do I stop following a team?
Remove the calendar like any other: the steps for each app are listed above, under each tab.
Does it cost anything? Do you track me?
It is free, with no account, no ads and no tracking cookies. Calendar apps fetch the calendar directly; we do not know who subscribed.
Can my club show this on its website?
Yes, for free. See InMyCal for clubs.
